Note:Our downloads are large files which are more suited for customers with broadband Internet connections such as DSL or Cable Modems. If you have a dial-up modem you may run into download times of 1 to 3 hours per course or longer for the Links 2003 downloads.
Q: I just purchased a course where can I download it?
A: After purchasing a course through the pro shop you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know where to download the course.
Q: I just downloaded my course but when I try to install it it says that the installer is not a valid Win32 Application. What do I do?
A: That error message means that the course did not download correctly and the file is corrupt. Try downloading the file again using a download manager such as this one: Free Download Manager
Q: Where can I get billing support?
A: Billing inquiries should be directed to: orders@regnow.com or http://www.regnow.com/cs/.
Q: I have a link to download a course I’ve purchased. What do I do with it?
A: Click the link for each purchased course in the Order Details section of the confirmation email to begin downloading. Save each course to your hard drive and make sure to keep track of where you download the file. Each course file is downloaded as a self-extracting executable file. If your email program does not start downloading the file, copy the link from your email program, past the link into your browser, and start the download.
Q: Everytime I try to download a file it disconnects during the process. What can I do?
A: For connection problems we recommend using a download manager such as this one: Free Download Manager
Q: Why do I need a license name and license code?
A: You need the license name and code from your confirmation email in order to install a course from the pro shop.
Q: Where can I find my license name and license code?
A: You can find your license name and license code in the confirmation email you received after purchasing a course.
Q: When playing the Hapuna course the game crashes on the back nine.
A: To work around this problem you’ll need to adjust the Picture Quality setting in Links 2003:
Start Links 2003
Click on Options
Click on Graphic Settings
Adjust the Picture Quality slider to the third tick.
Click Ok
Click Back to go to the Main Menu
